Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting over 60 bright and curious students from the ASPIRE UWA Northwest Camp!

These Year 9 students travelled from regional Northwest schools to learn more about university life and explore future pathways.

We dove into the world of BRUVS, marine parks, and all things fish, sharing why protecting and managing our oceans is so vital.

Their enthusiasm and curiosity were truly inspiring, and we’re hopeful to see some of these future scientists and researchers on campus in just a few years!

Thanks to Aspire UWA for letting us show the students around the lab and to share our passion for marine science!
