HIGHLIGHTS

  • We’re delighted and super excited to announce that Prof. Jessica Meeuwig has been appointed the Australian Academy of Technology, Science and Engineering’s 2019 Eminent Scientist for Western Australia.

It is a tremendous opportunity to engage with the community, supported by the major universities in Western Australia. Prof Meeuwig will present public lectures discussing significant challenges faced by our oceans, in particular overfishing and climate change. Critical to tackling these issues is science-based evidence such that we can more effectively manage our oceans and ultimately rebuild resilience.
